POLICIES

Public Participation in Board of Education Committee Meetings

  1. Members of the public are invited an encouraged to attend Board of Education committee meetings.
  2. When needed or requested, opportunities for public comment will be provided at the Board of Education committee meetings.
  3. Community members may suggest topics for consideration of board committees or ask questions fo the board related to designated committee areas. Interested parties may suggest items for the future consideration of board committee members through contacting the Superintendent of Schools or Board of Education President.
  4. Every effort will be made to include topics or questions presented by community members on future committee agendas and to notify all interested parties as to the time, location and place at which these discussions will occur
