Four winners of the Rome City School District myON Summer Reading Initiative were announced this month. The competition is hosted in partnership with myOn, an online literacy platform, and encourages pre-kindergarten through middle school students to compete against each other to see who read myON books for the greatest number of minutes over the summer.
The following students read the most minutes throughout the summer (July-August 31) and received an Amazon Fire tablet on October 6, 2022.
