Stokes Elementary School held a Veterans Day ceremony on Monday, November 13, 2023, paying tribute to the families of approximately 50 veterans associated with the school. The event featured patriotic songs, Principal Mrs. Hutchings remarks, and student speakers recognizing veterans from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force.
