Congratulations to Thylia Keoviengsamay for being selected to represent the USA Volleyball Excelsior Empire Regional Volleyball Association in July for the USA Volleyball All-Star Championships in Des Moines, Iowa. Thylia will be joining 22 other athletes from the Region. Thylia, 16 years old, is the setter for the KODA 17 Select Volleyball Club and plays volleyball for Rome Free Academy High School. She was selected as a setter for the U19 International Team.
