Sports Physicals

In The Nurses Office at:
RFA - Tuesday, March 12th
7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Strough - Wednesday, March 13th
7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Please disregard if:
- Student is not participating in Spring Sports.
- Your students Family ID Spring Sports Registration has been approved.
- You have a current copy of students physical and can upload it onto your students Family ID Registration. Physical date can not be dated prior to 02/2023.

If your students Family ID Registration has not been approved, please take the time to review your account to see why. Your student may only need a screening which can be done any time prior to the start of the Spring Season and prior to the Physical Dates listed above. Screenings are done in the Nurses Office.
